Today Nintendo released a video preview of their newly announced game
Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass.
The New game, due for release “later this year”, will be available on the Nintendo DS.
In the video they demonstrate game interaction using the new stylus option available on the DS.

If the powers that be don’t stop releasing such explosive gaming news I’m going to burst with excitement! It’s been so long since I’ve looked forward to a new game I was afraid that maybe I had out grown my consoles. I’m so glad I was wrong, Yippee!

My favorite love story from a movie is between Red and Andy in the film“The Shawshank Redemption”.

No it’s not your traditional love story of blind, reckless romance but rather a story about the love between two men who have a great deal of respect for each other. It was after seeing Shawshank for the first time that I realized all movies are love stories.
I have yet to come across one that isn’t.

My favorite book would have to be Kaye Gibbons “A Virtuous Woman”.

It is a very short book you can read it in just a few hours. What I love about it is how it reaches out and captures the beauty of a human love story rather than a Hollywood generated, knight in shinning armor, yea right love story.

So what inspired this little post? The plethra of ‘BrokeBack Mountain’ parodies that are popping up everywhere.
I haven’t seen ‘Brokeback mountain’ yet but I’m really looking forward to it.
I do feel somewhat guilty for enjoying all the jokes and jabs at such a serious matter. My father is a staunch Gay rights supporter and has always taken offense to comedic jabs at something that is so painful for so many.
So if I’ve offended I’m sincerely sorry.
But as the T-shirt reads ‘If you can’t take a joke….then Fuck You’
Here’s one I just came across “Spongeback Mountain!”
Take special notice of SpongeBobs little pink friends fine ass.
I never would have thought a starfish would have a nice, firm, round tushy. huh.

I’ve just hooked up my new pc and the anxiety is overwhelming!! Everything is different, the font, the screen resolution, the icons their size and color tone, the speed of the mouse which I keep adjusting but just can’t get right.
Isn’t this supposed to be a joyful experience? What’s wrong with me.
I think it’s about time we all start talking about the pains and anxieties of introducing a new PC into our homes.
This cold stranger with the new and clean keyboard, no sticking buttons, none at all.
No pictures or videos that you’re scared the kids might find.
No Bookmarks!!! must I copy EVERYTHING I loved about my old PC, the one I affectionately referred to as “My Whore”.
My husband keeps referring to this PC as “My New Whore”, But that just feels wrong.
