This is his 2nd hurricane season . Last year they evacuated for Charlie and one other whose name I can't recall. Key West is very different from New Orleans and Biloxi. The majority of it's residence live far above the poverty level and have the best American educations. Of course it is an island of only a few square miles. This time last year I was in tears and calling every 15mins . This year I have to trust that my Dad is making a smart well informed decision. I'm 33yrs old, my Dad 59yrs. I's sitting here trying to figure out when our roles as parent child switched? It feels like overnight. Thank you for your comment. Thank you Elizabeth, It is my father who is in Key West.
