So What is a Bliki anyway? Wikipedia describes it as “a blog with wiki support” “…with the purpose of making the popular blogging experience more interactive.”

I’ll be honest I never was able to get into the Chatting aspect of the Internet or any other interactive past time that has been popular over the last few years. I always wished I could let my inhibitions down and enjoy IM’ing and chatting like it appeared everyone else did. Over the years I just came to except I wasn’t that kind of “web surfer” I was a loner.
Since I began blogging about 2 months ago I discovered I am that kind of person, I love the sense of community and support you can find in the blogging community. Have I matured, grown past my inhibitions or has the Internet community evolved into a much kinder beast?
I say a little of both. So watch out Blikies, Blokis, Wikis, Wakis here I come!

With the release of Spell with Flickr you’ll never have to cut and paste ransom notes again!!

All kidding aside, I love this new application. It takes
a word and finds flickr photos of letters and recreates the word. I’ll be playing with this a lot I’m sure.

I’m trying to work through all my Xhtml errors and fix them, unfortunately the Automatic wp-player plugin is causing me a lot of headaches. I think it’s probably something I’m doing but I don’t know enough to know if that’s the case..Doesn’t that suck, I’m not wise enough to know what I don’t know. That’s definitely a sign of a Noob!
I’ll see how far I get, fingers crossed

O.k I have the Player working, it appears at the bottom of the sidebar. Sometimes you have to hit a link twice to get the song to play, not sure why. I also haven’t figured out the css and how to get the actual player to show. I know it has something to do with the theme directory Automatix..

UPDATE: I spoke to soon, I can’t seem to get either song to play now and the design has changed. I’m going to do a shot and pay my husband some much needed attention. I’ll work on it maybe tomorrow most likely Saturday.

My Father is getting braver each year he’s in Key West. This year makes his third.
He decided not to evacuate for Hurricain Dennis. Actually most of the people in the Marina decided to stay.
